THE HON’BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 13965 of 2014 ORDER: (Per the Hon’ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as being withdrawn. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file fresh proceedings in accordance with law, as may be advised. No order as to costs.
