[Order of the Court was made by M.VENUGOPAL, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnors for having disobeyed and in deliberate violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.11167 of 2017, dated 16.6.2017.
2.Heard both sides.
3.It is represented on behalf of the Respondents/Contemnors that a survey was conducted on 18.09.2017 and two encroachers were identified and necessary notice under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 were issued. As such, the order, dated 16.06.2016, passed in W.P(MD)No.11167 of 2017 is complied with.
4.Recording the aforesaid fact,the present Contempt Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication.
