Heard Sri Anoop Baranwal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vineet Pandey, learned Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
The present petition seeks to assail the order dated 09.12.2019 in terms of which the previous order of transfer which is stated to have been passed on 26.08.2019 has been cancelled.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier order had been passed just a few month back and in terms of the said order he had joined at the place of transfer. It is submitted that the order dated 09.12.2019 is absolutely cryptic and does not specify any reason as to why the previous order has been cancelled.
Learned Chief Standing Counsel fairly submits that the order dated 09.12.2019 requires reconsideration.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the order dated 09.12.2019 is set aside leaving it open to the respondents to pass a fresh order, if so required.
The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
