This writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 12.12.2019 as Case Crime No.355 of 2019 under sections 147 and 302 I.P.C.PS. Belipar, District Gorakhpur.
Matter relates to a heinous offence, involving murder, contention raised is that petitioner no.1 is aged about 87 years, it's a case of single injury.
Learned A.G.A. submits that above contention cannot be examined in this jurisdiction.
The writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
