JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Arvind Pandian, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by M/s.T.C. Gopalakrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents are present.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner states that nothing survives for adjudication and he prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition. The learned Additional Advocate General does not oppose the said request.
3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed as withdrawn.
