JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner's son has made application before the second respondent for effecting mutation of 5 cents of land, however instead of effecting mutation in 5 cents, the authorities effected mutation in respect of 16 cents held by the petitioner. Pointing out this as a mistake petitioner made Ext.P2 complaint before the second respondent.
2. In view of pendency of Ext.P2, there shall be a direction to the second and third respondents to dispose of Ext.P2 in the light of Ext.P3 report of the Village Officer within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
