The Investigating Officer Gyanendra Kumar is also present in person in the court. He has filed affidavit of Superintendent of Police, namely, Ramakant Prasad, Crime, Allahabad.
I have perused the affidavit, this affidavit reveals that the Police Authorities are seriously taken this matter and are searching the corpus.
Learned counsel for the State prays that some more time may be given to Police Authorities to trace out the corpus.
In view of the progress report as mentioned in the affidavit, I find it proper to give some more time to the Police Authorities to trace out the corpus and to produce her before the court on the date fixed.
In case the corpus is not produced before the court on the date fixed, the S.P. Crime shall appear in person along with his personal affidavit before the court showing the progress of the matter.
