JUDGMENT / ORDER

The above writ petition was filed contending that the Award passed by the Arbitration Court against the petitioner was not communicated to him. The writ petition itself was filed in the year 2006 and the petitioner, even if was not communicated, ought to have obtained the certified copy of the Award and taken up the statutory remedies available to him.
In such circumstances, the writ petition is found to be infructuous and the same would stand dismissed, leaving upon the contentions of the petitioner, if statutory remedy has already been availed.
