The petitioner submitted an application for allotment of 100 cents of industrial land comprised in Sy.No.2623/94 of Kadakampally village. This land was originally allotted to the 4th respondent for setting up an automobile body building, repairing and servicing unit. 2. It seems that 4th respondent has agreed to transfer the land in favour of the petitioner. However, now it seems that he has raised objections. The petitioner has represented before the 3rd respondent by way of Ext.P5 to take up the matter and pass appropriate order for allotment of land in their favour.
In view of the pendency of Ext.P5 before the 3rd respondent, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P5, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also the 4th respondent, within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
