JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's presence is required for completing the enquiry, but the petitioner is not co-operating.

3. Such statement is stoutly refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner and he further submitted that the petitioner appeared before the second respondent for several times.
4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 21.06.2017, on which date, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and the petitioner shall not be harassed. With the above direction the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
