NAGAMUTHU,J.,) The petitioner is the mother of one Swatha, aged 21 years. Alleging that she was missing from 26.11.2016 onwards, the petitioner has come up with this habeas corpus petition.
2. Today, when the matter has been taken up for hearing, the detenue was produced before this Court by the police. The petitioner also appeared. The detenue told that she was not kidnapped by any one. She further told that she left the parental home and lived in a different place on her own accord. Now, she returned to parental home. The mother of the petitioner also stated the same thing. Recording the above statement, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed.
