Today, at about 11.00 a.m., when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for both sides. However, it was passed over and at about 11.45 a.m., when the matter was taken up for hearing, again there was no representation for both sides. In such circumstances, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the second appeal for non-prosecution.
2. Accordingly, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
