JUDGMENT / ORDER

Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code against the order dated 25.10.2016 passed in CTP.No.01/2013 by Special Deputy Collector, Cuddalore Camp, Kancheepuram
2. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the order passed in C.T.P.No.01 of 2013 dated 25.10.2016, the respondent filed an Execution Petition in E.P.No.1 of 2017. Subsequently, the aforesaid Execution Petition was dismissed as not maintainable. The said copy of the order was also served to the learned counsel for the petitioners and the same was placed before this Court.
3. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the order passed in C.T.P.No.01/2013 dated 25.10.2016 is not enforceable for the reason that it is not maintainable as stated in the order passed by Special Deputy Collector, Cuddalore Camp, Kancheepuram. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed with liberty given to the petitioners to work out their remedy, if necessary, if so advised.
In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
