Petitioner is one of the evictees for the purpose of construction and development of Cochin International Airport. Petitioner submits that the airport authority has floated a scheme to benefit the evictees for operating a taxi in the premises of the airport. However, in the guise of benefit enured to the petitioner, third respondent is operating the taxi. Petitioner raised Ext.P2 complaint before the airport authorities. Petitioner submits that thereafter by Ext.P3 notice petitioner and third respondent was heard.
2. In view of the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to dispose of Ext.P2 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
