JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Exhibit P3 notice issued by the first respondent directing the petitioner to remove a gate that has been put up by her. The case of the petitioner is that, the gate has been put up in her property, over which the second respondent who has preferred the complaint, has no right. The petitioner therefore submitted Exhibit P4 explanation to Exhibit P3. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the consideration of Exhibit P4. 2. Advocate Shanavas Khan appears for the first respondent. The counsel assures that Exhibit P4 would be considered.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Exhibit P4 explanation, to afford an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as W.P.(C) No.29776 of 2014-V -:2:-
well as the second respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of one month of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. All further action to implement Exhibit P3 shall be kept in abeyance, until final decision is taken on Exhibit P4.
