JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.C.J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader. No notice is being issued to respondents 6 and 7 in view of the order which is being passed.
2. Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that she is running a gold ornament manufacturing unit at Cheruvathery, Thrissur District. It is further pleaded that all statutory compliance have been adhered to by the petitioner. It is submitted that interference is caused by the private respondents in running of the factory.
3. Learned Government Pleader after obtaining instructions submitted that an issue pertaining to pollution has been raised by private respondents and some other persons. On account of it, an incident took place and a crime has been registered and investigation is going on. It is further submitted that law and order situation will be maintained.

4. In view of the facts of the case we are of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to respondent Nos.4 and 5 to ensure that law and order situation is maintained in the premises of the petitioner's unit and parties may be advised to seek their remedy before the competent authority pertaining to issue of pollution, if any.
With the above observation the writ petition is disposed of.
