JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by insisting the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the daughter-in-law of the petitioner, namely, one Arunima.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the complaint was given earlier by the daughter-in-law of the petitioner before the All Women Police Station, Nagercoil, and that the same was closed after enquiry. He further submitted that the daughter-in-law of the petitioner once again gave a complaint to the second respondent.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the complaint received by the second respondent from the daughter-in-law of the petitioner was enquired into and closed. It is further submitted that no further enquiry is contemplated and that therefore there is no harassment.
5. Recording the said statement, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
