JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur,CJ
Petitioner is before this court complaining that after taking away life of her husband, party respondents and their sons are now disturbing the petitioner and three children.
2. According to learned State Attorney, in the last week of April, 2014, wife of accused along with some people came to her house and took articles from her house. They had left immediately on intimation from the petitioner to the police, the police visited the spot and permitted the party respondent to take their belongings. The reason for apprehension seems to be, accused in the case is now on bail, therefore there was apprehension of danger to her life. The very fact that police immediately arrived at the spot and permitted party respondents to take their belongings would only indicate that the W.P.(c) No.12949 of 2014 2 apprehension of petitioner is not genuine.
In the light of above factual situation, this writ petition is closed directing the respondent police to attend to the call or appeal of the petitioner, whenever made by them, on genuine grounds.
