A copy of the said judgment is placed on record and perusal thereof confirms that the issue raised is covered. It is further stated that the said judgment has been confirmed in appeal filed by the State in W.A.No.1377 of 2012 dated 19.08.2013.
The writ petition is accordingly allowed setting aside the impugned proceedings. The respondents are directed to give effect to the petitioners’ regularization in service as per the proceedings issued in 2005 with all consequential benefits. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
