Meanwhile, respondent No.1-Implementing authority shall not implement the scheme without following due procedure, more particularly, as envisaged under Section 68 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976 read with Rule 33 of the Gujarat Town Planning and Urban development Act, 1979.
4. The petitioner is also directed to serve the advance copy to Mr. K.D. Pandya, learned counsel, who usually appears for the Corporation.
