Petitioner has some family dispute with his wife and son. Complaint of the petitioner is that police is unnecessarily harassing him and calling upon him to settle the family issues. Even according to the petitioner, he had filed a complaint against the police and the matter is pending consideration before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ponnani as C.M.P No.824/2013.
2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that all allegations raised by the petitioner are with reference to the issues which had arisen in 2013. As matters stand now, no specific allegation of harassment has been pointed out. The said submission of Government Pleader has been refuted by learned counsel for the petitioner by referring to paragraph 4 of the writ petition which states that the 3rd and 4th respondents at the instance of 5th WP(C) No. 34196 of 2014 -:2:-
and 6th respondents are summoning the petitioner to the police station.
3. No specific details have been given in the writ petition to enable the respondents to verify whether the petitioner was summoned on any such occasion.
Having regard to the said fact, we do not think that any materials have been brought to indicate that there is police harassment. Hence we close the Writ Petition.
