Petitioner claims that he is the owner and in possession of a property situated in Re-survey No.349/19 of Peramangalam Village at Thrissur District by virtue of Ext.P1 title deed. Ext.P2 is the copy of the basic tax receipt. He approached the second respondent-Tahsildar under the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Rules, 1964 to point out the boundaries of the property of the petitioner. Ext.P3 is the application submitted by the petitioner under Form 10 in this regard.
2. In that view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings based on Ext.P3 within a period of two months after hearing the petitioner.
The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.
