JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2017 and direct the respondent to issue the deposit amount Rs.12,80,309/- which was deposited by the petitioner, in the name and style of Marah Aqua Systems, Fifth Class Contractor the petitioner contract Licence No. k.bgh.4/23020/14in registered No.61 for the public work for the period of 2010 to 2016.
2. Heard Mr.G.Anbusaravanan,learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Prabu Ramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal.
4. Considering the facts of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 06.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same, after verifying the audit report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
