Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri K.R. Singh, the learned Additional chief Standing Counsel.
Sri Singh has placed on record the instructions received from the opposite parties appended whereto is an order dated 13 April 2018. The said order is taken on record and for the purpose of identification marked as 'X'.
From a perusal thereof it is evident that the claim in question has been duly attended to and disposed of on merits. Sri Singh further draws the attention of the Court to the fact that when this order was received, the applicant was present on 16 April 2018. The instant contempt petition was subsequently filed alleging non compliance of the order . On being faced with the situation, the learned counsel for the applicant chooses to withdraw this petition.
Ordered accordingly.
