Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
This Court vide order dated 6 December 2017 had directed the court below to decide the contempt application no. 47 of 2014 expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to either parties.
I have perused the order-sheet placed on record with the assistance of the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant is unable to point out any wilful and deliberate disobedience of the writ Court order by the opposite party.
In view thereof, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an appropriate application to expedite the proceedings pending before the court below.
