The petitioner confines her relief to an early consideration of an application for temporary injunction in a suit for prohibitory injunction against forcible dispossession. The petitioner contends that the respondents have not yet filed their objection to the application for temporary injunction even though time was sought before summer recess itself.
2. I direct the Court of the Munsiff of Ottappalam to dispose of I.A. No. 1133/2014 in O.S. No. 159/2014 on its file at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to pass interim/final orders thereon within a period of one month from the date of production of this judgment.
3. The parties shall maintain status quo as on today till orders are passed on the application for temporary injunction as directed above.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
