The petitioner has approached the respondent by Ext.P8 appeal under Section 18(1) of the Right to Information Act. In view of the pendency of Ext.P8 appeal before the respondent, there shall be a direction to the said respondent to dispose of Ext.P8 after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also affected parties within a period of six weeks.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
