Heard Sri Satya Prakash Rai, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
At the very outset, Sri Satya Prakash Rai,, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that there are certain defects in the writ petition and he seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh petition after curing the defects.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
