O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks for withdrawal of the writ petitions with liberty to approach the trial Court to pursue I.A. No.II filed under Section 8 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners filed memo for withdrawal of the writ petitions today in the open Court. The memo dated 24.10.2017 is placed on record.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial Court to pursue I.A. No.II. If they do so, I hope and trust the trial Court will consider and pass orders on I.A. No.II filed under Section 8 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
