JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ref: Civil Misc. Restoration Application No. 359918 of 2011 Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
It was not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners that after vacation of the stay order dated 28th November, 2011, the decree has been executed. Though with the rider, some demolition has been taken place. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the decree has been satisfied.
In this view of the matter, it is provided that no further execution of the decree shall take place.
Let the writ petition be listed before the court concerned for hearing.
The restoration application is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
