Learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer of the application.
By way of instant correction application, prayer has been made by counsel for the applicant that the order dated 16.09.2021 may be corrected by mentioning the "Case Crime No. 268 of 2020" in place of "Case Crime No. 268 of 2021" in the second line of the second paragraph of the order.
The prayer so made is accepted and accordingly, the correction application is allowed.
In the order dated 16.09.2021 "Case Crime No. 268 of 2021" in the second line of the second paragraph of order shall be read as "Case Crime No. 268 of 2020".
Order dated 16.09.2021 stands corrected accordingly.
