JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner herein - party-in-person has so far not engaged any lawyer. According to him, he is finding it difficult to engage a lawyer.
Today, the other side has tendered affidavit-in-reply, copy of which is given to the other side and he has shown his inability to file his rejoinder within a short period. However, still, he is in a hurry to proceed with the matter.
Considering the fact that the party-in-person is not represented by the lawyer, Secretary, Legal Aid Committee of the High Court shall make an arrangement for appointing an advocate on behalf of the petitioner on ascertaining his entitlement from the set criteria and if available, legal aid can be provided to him within one week from receipt of this order.
