Petitioner has approached the third respondent, Taluk Surveyor under Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act. Exts.P5 is the application in form No.10 and Ext.P6 is the application in form No..8.

2. In view of pendancy of the above applications, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to finalise the proceedings based on Exts.P5 and P6 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
