JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Anurag Khanna, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University, states that he has received instruction that the petitioner has not at all appeared in the entrance examination for B.Ed. Course and, therefore, his admission itself was illegal.
On the request of learned counsel for the petitioner put up on Monday (16.1.2012) as fresh to enable him to file necessary documents to show that he appeared in the entrance examination.
