The medical reports disclose that the injuries sustained by the injured are life threatening and grievous in nature which may result in death. Such injuries could not be caused by one person alone. At this stage, no case for bail is made out.
The bail application is rejected.
The trial court shall make all endeavours to ensure that the criminal case is decided within a period of one year.
The prosecution agencies as well as accused persons are directed to cooperate in the trial proceedings to ensure that the trial is concluded within the stipulated period of one year.
