The petitioner's vehicle bearing registration No.KL-29-A- 9176 has been seized alleging transportation of ordinary sand without permit. The petitioner has a case that he has valid pass to transport the ordinary sand.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondent to release the vehicle to the petitioner on executing a simple bond. However, it is made clear that this will not stand in the way of the respondent prosecuting the petitioner, if so warranted, in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
