Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.
2. This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in not supplying the essential commodities to the petitioner’s fair price shop No.75, situated at Prakashnagar, Rajahmundry, E a s t Godasvari district, though the authorisation is subsisting.
3. This Court by order dated 12.07.2010 directed the respondents to supply the essential commodities to the petitioner in respect of the said shop, provided the petitioner’s authorisation was subsisting. The said order works out itself and no further orders need be passed.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this writ petition, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
