This appeal arises out of Judgment and Decree, dated 12.11.2007, in OS.No.79 of 2004, on the file of the Court of the learned I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.
Mr.N.Siva Reddy, learned Counsel for the appellant, has addressed letter, dated 20-08-2014, to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, wherein he has informed that the appellant seeks to withdraw the appeal as the dispute is settled out of Court amicably.
At the hearing, learned Counsel for the appellant has reiterated the contents of the said letter and requested for dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn.
In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of letter, dated 20-08-2014, addressed to the Registry.
As a sequel, interim order, dated 24-03-2009, is vacated and ASMP.No.471 of 2009, filed by the appellant for interim relief, is disposed of.
