1. There is alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioners under the provision of Gujarat Stamp Act by way of a revision against the order which is impugned in present petition.
2. The appeal / revision would lie before the Appellate Authority / Revisional Authority under the provision of the Act. In view of the fact that there is alternative statutory remedy available to the petitioners, present petition is not entertained. It will open to the petitioners to approach the Appellate Authority / Revisional Authority under the provision of the Act. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the matter on merits.
3. With the aforesaid clarification the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
