This writ petition is filed for declaring the action of the 1st respondent herein in forwarding the application of the petitioner for construction of the building of ground plus first floor even though it is submitted before inclusion of the Bhongir Municipality into HUDA limits and issuing letter No.8919/Plg/MDA/2007/SW dated 29-03-2008 by the 2nd respondent demanding the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.27,35,551/- towards development charges and compound fee for building permission as illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
Permission as sought for is accorded.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. In consequence, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
