1.0 This Court on 07.10.2011 has passed the order which is reproduced as under:
"1. On 11.07.2011 the following common order was passed in M.C.A. No.1747/2011 & 1748/2011;
"Rule returnable on 05.08.2011. It is hereby directed that if the order dated 16.01.2009 is not complied with before the returnable date, the concerned officer shall personally remain present before the court on the returnable date. Direct service is permitted."
2. Till today, the above order has not been complied with. S.O to 14.10.2011. It is made clear that before the next date, the order dated 11.07.2011 shall be complied with or the concerned Office shall remain present before the Court on that day. A copy of the order shall be supplied to learned AGP Mr. NJ Shah."
2.0 When the matter has come up for hearing before this Court on 21.10.2011, it was adjourned to 11.11.2011.
3.0 Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported that the order dated 11.07.2011 is not complied with by the concerned respondent. The learned Assistant Government Pleader sought adjournment and gave assurance that the order dated 11.07.2011 shall be complied with by the respondents. Hence, matters are adjourned to 18.11.2011.
