(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present appeal is filed by the original accused against the judgment and order dated 27th August 2010 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Bharuch, Camp at Ankleshwar in Sessions Case No.18 of 2010, whereby the learned Judge is pleased to convict the accused for the offence under section 302 of the IPC and award life imprisonment and fine of Rs.5000/-, in default, to undergo simple imprisonment for one year.
