It is stated that the petitioner has already deposited Rs. 1 lakh in the trial Court. In view of the above, the respondent No.2 is at liberty to withdraw the said amount.
In compliance with the order dated 09.02.2012 passed by this Court, the petitioner has filed notarized undertaking dated 17.3.2012, which is ordered to be taken on record.
The trial Court shall accept the first installment, as mentioned in the undertaking dated 17.03.2012. The petitioner shall file undertaking before the trial Court also.
Post the matter on 20th April, 2012. Interim relief granted earlier to continue till then.
