In compliance with the order dated 21.3.2012, the applicant has deposited Rs.62,500/- in the Court of learned Civil Judge, Junagadh, in Special Civil Suit No.30 of 2010.

The amount so deposited be permitted to be withdrawn by respondent No.2, namely, Chandrakant Nanalal Kakkad, plaintiff therein.
