The petitioner is conducting a Small Scale Industrial Unit. By Ext.P2 order, permission granted to the unit has been cancelled by the first respondent. The petitioner raised his objection on Ext.P3 notice. Challenging Ext.P2 order, the petitioner has approached this Court.
I am of the view that since the petitioner has raised objection on Ext.P3 notice, the first respondent shall finalise the proceedings after hearing the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Considering the fact that the petitioner's unit is started in the year 2002, till final decision is taken in the matter, Ext.P2 shall be kept in abeyance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
