This is an application filed by the respondent in Tr.P.(C)No.89 of 2013 seeking a review of the order passed by this Court on 5.12.2013, transferring O.P.No.1809 of 2012 from Family Court, Ernakulam to Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram for trial and disposal. Though the petitioner has raised several contentions including the contention that failure to file objections was on account of the failure of the counsel engaged by him, it is not in dispute that pursuant to the order of transfer, the petitioner has appeared before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram and has also filed his written statement and that it was only after the trial commenced that the instant review petition was filed evidently with a view to cause inconvenience to the wife. In such circumstances, as the petitioner has already participated in the proceedings before the Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram and has also filed his written statement, I find no reason to entertain the review petition.
