The sole prayer of the petitioners is that Suit No.126 of 2012 (Mansoor Ahmad & Ors. Vs. Gaon Sabha & Ors.) under section 33/39 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Sadar, Prayagraj may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Suit No.126 of 2012 (Mansoor Ahmad & Ors. Vs. Gaon Sabha & Ors.) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
