During the course of hearing of the present Revision Application, Shri Y.F. Mehta, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant has submitted that the main dispute is, who is the owner of the suit property/land on which the suit property is situated. It is submitted that on that one First Appeal No.514 of 2004 is pending before this Court filed by the respondent Trust and the decision in First Appeal No.514 of 2004 has a direct bearing on the issue involved in the present Revision Application. Under the circumstances, it appears to the Court that both these proceedings are required to be heard together by one Court so as to avoid any further conflicting orders. Under the circumstances, stand over to 27th July 2012. In the meantime, Registry to obtain order from Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice for placing the present Revision Application and First Appeal No.514 of 2004 before one Court.
