Sri Shubham Agarwal has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of the respondent nos. 2 and 3 Allahabad University.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Manjali Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 and Sri Shubham Agarwal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 2 and 3.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to permit the petitioner to appear in the second examination of B.A.- III year in both the subject i.e. English Literature and Political Science.
Learned counsel for the petitioner sought to argue the matter on merits.
It would be appropriate that the petitioner may be permitted to file detailed representation before the respondent no. 3, who shall consider and decide the same.
In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the petitioner is set at liberty to file detailed representation before the respondent no. 3-Controller of Examination, Allahabad University, Allahabad within one week from today alongwith self attested copy of this order, which may be verified from the official website of this Court, who shall consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking orders on its own merits, preferably within a period of one month thereafter.
It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioner, which shall be looked into by the respondent no. 3 while deciding the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
