This application has been filed seeking for a direction to the IInd Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the proceedings of Case No. 1993 of 2015, State versus Ajai Maini and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 529 of 2014, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, P.S. Sector- 49, Noida, District Gautam Budh Nagar within a time bound frame as may be fixed by this Court.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and Sri Mansih Tiwari, learned Senior counsel assisted by Sri S.I. Ibrahim, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and perused the record.
It has been made to appear that there is already a stay order with regard to the proceedings in question. In such circumstances, direction to expedite the proceedings appears to be wholly misconceived.
The application stands dismissed.
